What to send with your request
The most useful starting point is the exact item, rather than a general description such as “a cabinet.” Please include:
- A product link, model name or photograph of the packaging.
- The number of items and their approximate finished dimensions.
- A photograph of the room and intended position.
- Your project ZIP code and any stairs or access restrictions.
- Whether the item is boxed, partly assembled or needs another issue reviewed.
Mention missing instructions, damaged panels or hardware concerns. If the manufacturer calls for wall anchoring, include that information so the mounting surface and work involved can be discussed.
Get the space ready
Check that the delivered item matches your order and keep its instructions and hardware together. A photograph of the parts is useful if something appears to be missing.
Tell us about tight doorways, limited floor space or furniture already occupying the intended location. If moving existing pieces, removing packaging or another task matters to your project, include it so it can be considered in the agreed scope.
From request to agreed work
First, describe the items and the help you need. Photos and product details make that conversation specific.
Next, we discuss the scope and arrangements with you. The estimate, work included and unresolved questions are confirmed before work proceeds.
Finally, the agreed assembly work is completed. Keep the manufacturer’s care information and remaining parts with the furniture for future reference.
